We have rooms to share in our new offices in the city Center. We have a lovely 150m2 space in a listed building on Gran Via, next to Plaça Universitat.

THE SPACE

Free space of 40m2: two offices (25 m2 and 15 m2), which can be rented separately or together. The space is entirely independent, which makes it perfect for a boutique production company. It has a private balcony and is equipped with designer furniture.

PRICING AND EQUIPMENT

The price is 450€ for the master office, 350€ for the adjacent office or 650€ for the full space (both together). This gives access to shared areas, including a 200 m2 community terrace, the bathroom and the kitchen. Wi-fi + cable, hot & cold filtered water, AC, coffee, electricity, laser printer and cleaning are included.

We also have a fully equipped editing suite for rent (reduced fee for Club members), and a classy meeting lounge. We work hard but we also enjoy socializing, having a drink, debating and creating synergies with fellow creatives.
